Don’t be sad in case you don’t have enough money to spend holidays on a faraway island – you can have all this (and more) in Munich as well!
Until 11 August not only sun, beach, water and cocktails await you at the Corneliusbrücke facing the Isar river, but also an extensive cultural program, ranging from story telling and capoeira workshops for kids to movies, concerts and DJ events for grown-ups.
The Kulturstand (cultural beach, link to German web page) is open every day from midday to 11pm and is easily accessible by public transport (for example from the metro station “Fraunhoferstraße”).
And the best: The entrance is free of charge.
So what are you waiting for?
See you there!
